There’s a lot of negative press coverage for companies that deliver poor customer service, but this one is really coming in at the tail end of the summer of 2011. This is an example of why companies should always be taking corporate responsibility.

Whys that?

Well, because this is a product that costs $30, which is about what the average person earns in the United States in a year. Thats more than some of our best-selling items, so why is a product that is costing $30 a purchase going into negative press coverage? Well, some people may say its because the product doesnt work.

Well, this product isnt working. Its very frustrating. You go on and theres only about eight or nine minutes before your service is terminated, and then youre back to having to do all the work again.

Others say thats not enough time to get to know the product and make the purchase. But even if it was just a few days, in which a customer can try out the product for 30 days and get a full refund and a 50 percent off coupon, its still less than half the price of purchasing online. If theyre truly selling merchandise from a third party manufacturer, why would they have that much control over the product? You’d think a company that makes $600 million a year and would be worth billions would have their product made to the highest standards. They dont, because they arent making that much money and they have no control over the manufacturing. You have a customer who has lost a product or a company he trusts and you are trying to make him believe that he lost a product or that he was defrauded. We get ripped off all the time, for stuff that should cost us 20 bucks, we pay $300. I would say that if you put that kind of money into something you should be able to do the same for it. We have to make that decision on where our hard earned money is going to go, not just on where its going to go. I could have bought my wife a car with my last $1. The quality of a car you can drive for more then a decade and some change for its price is not worth a little extra to be able to get a good warranty. I cant find a cheaper quality car then what I am paying for, so when I am at the dealership for a new car that isnt on a warranty I feel like I am a bit ripped off.
In my opinion, they have ripped off a lot of people with this move. It may just be me though, but it seems like every time we buy something new there is one of these big lawsuits that comes out on top.

Remembrance

The Royal British Legion is the UK’s custodian of Remembrance, ensuring that people remember those who have given their lives for the freedom we enjoy today.  The poppy has become the symbol of Remembrance worn during the weeks leading to Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day.

  The poppy is the symbol of Remembrance and of the Poppy Appeal. Poppy Collectors appear in late October so everyone can make a donation and wear their poppy for Remembrance.
